Each member is required to pay an affiliation fee directly to Hockey Wales prior to playing any league or cup matches. Confirmation of this will be requested upon registering with us.

Annual membership fees for new members:

Senior Member (18 or over as at 31/08/2024) - £145

Concession Member (Full-time student, Unemployed or over 65) - £115

U16/U18 - £135

U8/U10/U12/U14 - £105

U6 - £78.75

Associate (Umpire/Non-playing) - £20

All membership is now managed through 'your account' on Pitchero with your sign-up. Just JOIN to sign up to your account. Parents signing up on behalf of their children should join as yourself, and then follow the prompt to 'ROLE', where you can select 'Parent' and then register your child.

Match Fees - £7 (senior matches only)

Payment

Membership fees must be paid at least in part (or a payment plan agreed) prior to the start of the league season for players to be considered for matches.

Late payment of membership after the deadline of 31/10/2025 will incur a late payment fee of £20.

Payment can be made either by electronic bank transfer or through Stripe, where multiple payment options are available to pay in 1 to 4 instalments. If you have any queries, or would like to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please email: gwenthockey@gmail.com.

Sibling Discount

We are pleased to offer a discount where there are two or more Junior or Youth club members from the same family. The first (oldest) sibling will pay the full price with a 25% discount offered for each sibling thereafter.

Once you have completed your registration form a membership fee will be assigned to you, and you will receive a notification with a link to pay.

If you are paying by BACS we will retrieve your payment from the bank statements, and mark your payment manually on your account. Payments through Stripe will automatically be processed on your account.
