We know that paying for membership can be a significant expense, which is why members have the option to pay either:

In full, or
By instalments

Please remember that at least one instalment must be paid before the end of October. If no payment has been made by this point, playing may need to be suspended and late fees could potentially be incurred.

There is a lot of automation involved in assigning memberships, based on the information currently held in Pitchero. While every effort has been made to ensure everything is correct, occasionally incorrect or missing information can cause issues.

If anything doesn't look right with your membership, please get in touch and we'll get it sorted.

Sibling Discounts and Volunteer Refunds

For families with more than one child playing at the club, sibling discounts are available. Please get in touch directly to discuss your membership and arrange the appropriate discount.

We also want to continue recognising the incredible volunteers who help keep Gwent Hockey Club running throughout the season. Anyone who volunteers regularly as a coach or helper may have the opportunity to have their membership fees refunded at the end of the season.

Helpers from last season will be contacted directly about arranging their refunds.
