As we prepare for the new season, we are asking all members with outstanding fees to ensure they are paid in full by Wednesday 2nd September.

Unfortunately, any members with outstanding fees after this date will not be permitted to attend training or take part in Club Day until their account has been brought up to date.

We understand that circumstances can sometimes make payments difficult, so if you are experiencing any issues, please get in touch with Club Treasurer, Leanne Handy, before the deadline. We are always happy to help where we can and discuss possible arrangements.

Why Are Membership Fees So Important?

Gwent Hockey Club is a not-for-profit club. None of our committee members are paid — everyone gives their time voluntarily to help keep the club running.

Membership fees and match fees are vital in allowing us to provide hockey for our members and cover the costs involved in running the club.

Without members paying their fees, we cannot continue to invest in the things that make the club what it is.

No membership fees means:

• No new bibs or equipment
• No investment in our kit and club resources
• No Astroturf facilities
• No Gwent Hockey Club

Every payment helps keep the club running and ensures we can continue to provide a great environment for players of all ages.

Please check your account and ensure any outstanding fees are paid before Wednesday 2nd September.
